Abstract
이 조사는 국가인권위원회가 인권지수 개발에 필요한 지표의 선정과 지표별 가중치 산정을 위해 전문가 집단을 대상으로 시행한 것이다. 자료는 대학, 연구기관, 정부 및 시민단체의 인권전문가 93명으로부터 수집되었다. 설문지는 시민·정치적 권리, 경제·사회·문화적 권리, 소수자 권리를 포함하는 3개 인권영역별로 하위영역과 세부지표의 상대적 중요도를 평가하도록 설계되어 있다.
