Abstract
이 조사는 국가인권위원회가 선거정보 취득이나 비밀투표 보장 등에서 제약을 받고 있는 시설 거주 장애인의 선거권 행사 확대 방안 마련에 필요한 기초자료를 수집하고자 시행한 실태조사이다. 자료는 장애인거주시설과 정신요양시설에 거주하는 장애인과 시설종사자를 대상으로 각각 수집되었다. 이 자료는 장애인에 관한 것으로 투표 인지여부, 6·4 지방선거 투표여부, 투표방법, 투표하지 않은 이유, 투표방법 결정주체, 선거정보(선거일정, 후보자, 공약) 습득방법, 투표장 동행자와 이동방법, 신분확인방법, 기표방법과 기표주체, 투표용지 투입주체 등을 주요 내용으로 포함하고 있다.
