Abstract
이 조사는 한국형사정책연구원이 국민참여재판의 시행과 더불어 변화하는 공판 환경에 대응하는 효율적 공소수행 방안을 모색하고자 공판검사, 변호인, 피고인을 포함하는 공판참여자들의 공판 과정에 대한 평가를 살펴본 것이다. 자료는 공판검사와 변호인 및 피고인을 대상으로 각각 수집되었다. 이 자료는 공판검사들로부터 수집된 것으로 그 설문지는 공판 준비, 공판 중 발언, 배심원 선정, 모두 진술, 증인 신문, 증거 제시, 피고인 신문, 최종 진술 등 공소수행 과정에서 나타나는 공판검사의 행태를 평가하는 문항들로 구성되어 있다.
