Abstract
이 조사는 고위직 여성공무원에 대한 조직 내부자들의 인식을 살펴보고자 서울을 포함한 전국 광역시의 지방공무원을 대상으로 시행한 것이다. 자료는 여성을 관리자로 둔 부서의 공무원 266명으로부터 수집되었다. 설문지는 희소성, 제한된 권력, 남성화 등 토큰주의를 측정하는 문항들과 자기방어기제, 권력 중심적 리더십, 비공식성의 거부 등 여왕벌신드롬을 측정하는 문항들, 그리고 고위직 여성에 대한 부정적 평가 문항들로 구성되어 있다.
