Abstract
이 조사는 주택 임차인의 기회비용을 이해하기 위한 목적으로 전세나 보증부월세와 같은 주택임대형태별 지불의사 임대료 수준을 알아보고자 서울지역 무주택자들을 대상으로 시행한 것이다. 자료는 판단표집 방법으로 선정된 20-44세의 무주택자 285명으로부터 수집되었다. 주요 조사내용은 거주희망 임대주택형태, 거주희망 임대주택면적, 거주희망 임대계약형태, 주택임대형태(전세, 보증부월세, 월세)별 지불의사 임대료, 전세금 사용계획 등이다. 특히 지불의사 임대료 문항은 가격민감도(Price Sensitivity Meter, PSM) 분석이 가능하도록 설계되어 있다.
