Abstract
이 조사는 부산여성가족개발원이 여성의 일·가정 양립을 위한 시간선택제 일자리 창출 방안을 모색하려는 목적 하에 시간제 여성근로자의 실태와 수요를 파악하고자 시행한 것이다. 자료 수집은 부산지역 사업체와 여성근로자, 그리고 여성구직자를 대상으로 각각 실시되었다. 이 자료는 여성근로자들로부터 수집된 것으로 시간제 일자리에 대한 선호, 시간제 일자리의 적정 시급과 근로시간 및 혜택, 현재 임금 및 근로시간과 희망 임금 및 근로시간, 일·가정 양립 수준, 일자리 선택 고려사항, 시간선택제 필요성, 시간선택제 일자리 확대의 기대효과, 시간선택제 확산 방안에 대한 의견 등의 내용을 포함하고 있다.
