Abstract
이 조사는 한국형사정책연구원이 기업범죄에 대한 제재체계의 확립을 목적으로 기업의 윤리경영 현황과 위법행위로 인한 처벌실태를 살펴보고자 시행한 것이다. 조사는 서울 및 경기 지역 317개 사업체를 대상으로 실시되었다. 주요 조사내용은 기업의 사회적 책임 활동과 윤리경영 현황, 타사의 위법행위로 인한 피해사례, 자사의 위법행위로 인한 처벌사례, 기업 위법행위 처벌제도에 대한 인식 등이다.
