Abstract
이 조사는 국가인권위원회가 영장제도 개선방안을 마련하려는 목적 하에 경찰의 영장제도 운영과 그에 따른 피의자 인권침해 실태를 살펴보고자 시행한 것이다. 조사내용은 불심검문, 임의동행, 긴급체포, 구속, 지문날인, 압수·수색, 외국인조사 등 수사 관련 업무실태와 인권침해방지 및 강제처분 관련 교육실태에 관한 사항들로 구성되어 있다.
