Abstract
이 조사는 서비스직 노동자의 감정노동 수행이 이들의 직무소진에 미치는 영향과 조직 내 사회적 지원의 조절효과를 분석하고자 시행한 것이다. 조사는 호텔, 은행, 백화점 등 8개 기업체의 서비스 및 판매 직원과 콜센터 직원을 대상으로 실시되었다. 설문지는 감정노동 수행방식(표면연기, 심층연기), 업무효능감, 상사 및 동료와의 관계, 직무소진(감정고갈, 성취감 저하, 탈인격화) 등에 관한 문항들로 구성되어 있다.
