Abstract
이 조사는 공무원이 느끼는 신분불안이 이들의 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 서울시 공무원을 대상으로 시행한 것이다. 주요 조사내용에는 신분위협과 무력감 차원으로 구성되는 신분불안, 이타적 행동, 참여행동, 자기개발행동 및 정보공유행동 차원으로 구성되는 조직시민행동, 그리고 위험감수의지, 긍정적 기대 및 자발성 차원으로 구성되는 조직신뢰 등이 포함되어 있다.
