이 조사는 학생들이 지각하는 교사의 권력크기가 이들의 학교생활과 학업성취에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 시행한 것이다. 조사대상은 경남지역 중·고등학생들이고, 주요 조사내용은 담임교사의 권력(보상권력, 강제권력, 합법권력, 참조권력, 전문성권력)에 대한 인식, 학교규범 준수정도, 학교생활 만족도, 학업성적 등이다.
