Abstract
이 조사는 시장형 노인일자리 사업의 운영 상황을 살펴보고 사업 운영의 영향요인을 분석하고자 시행한 것이다. 자료는 시장형 노인일자리 사업을 수행하고 있는 경기지역 103개 사업단으로부터 수집되었다. 주요 조사내용으로는 사업기획 사전조사 충분성, 지자체의 사업운영 도움정도, 지역사회의 사업운영 도움정도, 사업기관의 시장경영지향성, 노인일자리 사업의 발전가능성 등이 포함되어 있다.
