Abstract
이 조사는 독립보험대리점(General Agent, GA)의 바람직한 사업모델 방향을 제시하려는 목적 하에 보험대리점 대표자들을 대상으로 사업현황과 발전방안에 대한 의견을 알아보고자 시행한 것이다. 자료는 98개 보험대리점 대표자들로부터 수집되었다. 주요 조사내용은 창업동기, 매출현황, 경영전략, 판매상품 선택기준, 운영 애로사항, 운영자 자격요건, 주 고객층, 향후 고객층, 고객의 보험가입 목적, 보험대리점의 사회적 평판, 보험대리점의 향후 성장성, 추구하는 사업모델, 보험대리점 저해요인와 위협채널, 보험유통의 정책적 개선과제 등이다.
