Abstract
이 조사는 한국행정연구원 사회조사센터가 국가 주요 정책현안의 문제점을 파악하고 향후 정책 방향에 대한 시사점을 제공하고자 매월 전문가 집단을 대상으로 시행하는 의견조사이다. 이 자료는 2011년 제5차 조사에서 수집된 것으로 정부의 전반적인 복지재정지출의 적정 규모와 지출 우선순위, 재정확충방안, 복지체계의 효과성 등에 대한 전문가의 의견을 알아보고자 수행하였다. 조사는 전국의 관련학계 전문가 40명을 대상으로 수행되었으며, 현재 우리나라의 복지재정 지출 수준과 향후 복지정책의 방향에 대한 의견, 무상의료, 무상급식, 반값등록금, 아동수당, 무상보육, 실업수당, 기초노령연금, 주택바우처 제도, 기초생활보장제도 등의 정책에 대한 필요성, 적정성, 바람직한 도입시기 등에 관한 전문가들의 의견을 포함하고 있다.
