Abstract
중앙행정기관 자체평가는 성과정보 생산의 근원으로써 성과평가제도 중 가장 중요한 제도이며, 이 제도의 평가지표의 타당성을 확보하는 것은 올바른 성과평가의 핵심이다. 이 조사는 한국행정연구원에서 중앙행정기관의 평가지표 개선을 통해 보다 실질적이고 의미있는 성과중심 관리를 방안을 모색하고자 수행하였다. 조사는 각 중앙부처의 성과관리를 담당하는 공무원을 대상으로 하고 있으며, 조사 내용은 자체평가제도에 대한 인식과 함께 다부처 관련 과제평가제도에 대한 필요성, 유용성, 신뢰성, 타당성, 그리고 평가제도의 향후 개선방향 등을 포함하고 있다.
