Abstract
이 조사는 국가인권위원회가 비공식부문 가사노동자의 인권상황을 파악할 수 있는 기초자료를 확보하려는 목적 하에 이들의 근로환경에 관한 자료를 수집하고자 시행한 것이다. 자료는 전국의 가사도우미, 간병인, 육아도우미 등의 가사노동자로부터 수집되으며, 주요 조사내용은 직업경로 및 능력개발, 근로환경, 고용의 안정성, 근로자로서의 인권보호 상황, 향후 정책개선에 대한 의견 등이다.
