Abstract
이 조사는 부산여성가족개발원이 경력단절여성의 재취업 적합 직종을 발굴하려는 목적 하에 주요 45개 직종에 대한 구인 및 구직 수요를 파악하고자 시행한 것이다. 자료는 부산지역 여성인력개발기관의 실무자와 구직여성을 대상으로 각각 수집되었다. 이 자료는 구직여성 대상의 구직수요에 관한 것으로 희망 근무형태, 직종별 선호도, 직종별 경력유무 등을 주요 내용으로 포함하고 있다.
