Abstract
이 자료는 저소득 여성가구주가 사회적기업 취업을 통해 임파워먼트(empowerment)를 찾아가는 과정을 현상학적 분석방법에 기반하여 살펴보고자 수행한 인터뷰 자료이다. 인터뷰는 사회적기업에 1년 이상 종사한 경험이 있는 저소득가구의 여성가구주 9명을 대상으로 실시되었으며, 동 자료는 그 중 5명의 인터뷰 전사자료이다.
인터뷰 내용은 사회인구학적 배경(가족, 학력, 결혼, 자녀, 종교 등), 취업경력, 사회적기업 취업 동기와 과정, 사회적기업 취업경험(업무내용, 기업운영, 어려운 점), 사회적기업과 타 기업의 비교, 사회적기업 활동 후의 변화(개인적 측면, 가족 및 사회관계, 사회적 인식), 사회적기업 활동에 영향을 미친 개인적 자원, 사회적기업 취업활동이 가지는 의미 등이다.
