Abstract
이 조사는 경찰서비스 질 향상 방안의 일환으로 공공서비스 이용자가 그 비용을 직접 부담하는 수익자부담원칙의 도입 가능성을 탐색하고자 시행한 것이다. 조사내용에는 경찰서비스 이용경험과 만족도, 경찰서비스 개선방안, 수익자부담에 대한 태도, 민간보안서비스에 대한 만족도와 신뢰도 등이 포함되어 있다.
