Abstract
이 조사는 한국행정연구원이 조직개편 내지 구조조정에 따른 공공 및 민간 부문의 인력감축 효과와 사후 인적자원 관리실태를 파악하고자 시행한 것이다. 조사는 중앙 및 지방 정부의 인사담당 공무원과 공공 및 민간 기업의 인사담당자들을 대상으로 실시되었다. 조사내용에는 인력감축의 목적과 절차 및 방법, 인력감축의 차원(조직관리, 생산성, 인적자원관리, 구성원태도)별 효과, 감원대상자 및 잔류구성원 관리실태 등이 포함되었다.
