Abstract
이 조사는 호텔종사자의 성격특성이 직무자원활용성과 서비스지향성을 매개로 하여 직무성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 시행한 것이다. 조사는 서울지역 20개 호텔 직원 600명을 대상으로 실시되었으며, 자료는 434명으로부터 수집되었다. 주요 조사내용으로는 정서적 불안정성, 외향성, 경험에 의한 개방성, 호감성, 성실성 등의 성격특성, 창조성, 추진력 등의 직무자원활용성, 고객접대태도, 매뉴얼숙지도 등의 서비스지향성, 그리고 자기평가에 의한 직무성과 등이 포함되어 있다.
