Abstract
이 조사는 관광축제에서의 교육적 요인이 관광객의 축제만족과 관광행동에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 익산서동축제 방문객을 사례로 하여 시행한 것이다. 자료는 2006년 익산서동축제 방문객 320명으로부터 수집되었다. 주요 조사내용은 축제 인지경로와 방문목적, 축제 관광지출비, 체류시간, 접근성·행사안내·프로그램·관광상품·시설편의성 평가, 선호하는 축제프로그램, 축제의 교육적 효과, 축제에 대한 만족도, 축제 추천 및 재방문 의사 등이다.
