Abstract
이 조사는 조직의 공정성과 구성원에 대한 지지가 조직혁신의 성과지표인 개인 혁신행동에 미치는 영향을 탐색해 보고자 시행한 것이다. 조사는 전국의 영리법인 종사자 619명을 대상으로 실시되었다. 설문지는 분배공정성, 절차공정성, 상호작용공정성을 포함하는 조직공정성과 아울러 조직지지, 혁신행동을 측정하는 문항들로 구성되어 있다.
