Abstract
이 조사는 부패근절을 위한 정책적 시사점을 제시하려는 목적 하에 사회자본으로서의 연고주의가 공무원 부패행위에 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 시행한 것이다. 조사는 지방자치단체 소속 공무원 260명을 대상으로 실시되었다. 조사내용에는 공무원의 사회연결망, 정부에 대한 인식, 대인 및 기관 신뢰, 연고주의 가치관, 부패인식 등이 포함되어 있다.
