Abstract
이 조사는 한국 학술연구지원사업의 고객만족도와 재신청의사에 영향을 미치는 요인이 무엇인지를 실증적으로 분석하여 규명하고자 시행한 것이다. 조사는 한국학술진흥재단 지원과제 중 2007년 종료과제의 연구책임자와 공동연구자 7,885명을 대상으로 실시되었다. 설문지는 사업계획, 사업 신청 및 선정, 사업집행 및 사후관리 등 3개 영역 각각에 해당하는 하위요소들의 중요도와 하위요소별 만족도를 평가하도록 구성되어 있다.
