Abstract
이 조사는 소상공인 가맹사업 경쟁력 강화를 위한 지원방안을 수립하려는 목적 하에 서울지역 프랜차이즈 가맹점을 대상으로 시행한 실태조사이다. 설문지는 가맹점 운영실태, 가맹본부에 대한 이미지, 가맹본부의 지원실태, 가맹본부의 윤리성, 가맹사업 활성화 방안, 신규 가맹사업에 대한 수요, 비즈니스 인큐베이팅 지원방안, 가맹사업 아카데미 운영방안 등에 관한 문항들로 구성되어 있다.
