Abstract
이 조사는 정부출연연구기관을 대상으로 시행하는 기관평가의 결과 활용방안에 관한 시사점을 제공하려는 목적 하에 평가결과 활용에 영향을 미치는 요인이 무엇인지를 기대불일치 이론의 관점에서 분석하고자 기획한 것이다. 조사는 산업기술연구회 산하 8개 연구기관의 임직원을 대상으로 실시되었다. 조사내용에는 평가에 대한 기대수준, 평가방향의 적절성, 평가방법의 적절성, 평가결과의 신뢰성, 평가결과의 활용성 등이 포함되어 있다.
