Abstract
이 조사는 양질의 조리인력 양성을 위한 대학 교과과정 개선방안을 제시하고자 국내 19개 4년제 대학의 조리 관련 학과 22곳을 대상으로 시행한 것이다. 자료수집은 대학 홈페이지의 교과과정 공개자료에 대한 내용분석 방법으로 진행되었다. 이 자료는 22개 학과의 교과목 개설현황을 정리한 것으로 학과별 전공과목수와 교과목 유형별 개설빈도를 분석할 수 있도록 구성되어 있다.
