Abstract
이 조사는 다문화정책의 수립과 집행 주체인 공무원이 사회적 다양성과 정책방향성에 대해 가지고 있는 인식과 태도를 살펴보고 그 결정요인을 밝혀내고자 시행한 것이다. 조사는 15개 중앙부처의 외국인정책 담당 공무원을 대상으로 실시되었으며, 설문지는 외국인이주에 대한 인식, 외국인에 대한 거리감, 다문화에 대한 인식, 외국인근로자에 대한 인식, 국가정체성, 외국인정책에 대한 인식 등의 문항들을 포함하고 있다.
