Abstract
이 조사는 정부의 산업안전규제 정책의 실효성 제고방안 연구의 일환으로 규제대상자들의 정책불응 결정요인을 규명하고자 시행한 것이다. 조사는 수도권의 건설노동자들을 대상으로 실시되었다. 주요 조사내용은 안전규제에 대한 인식 및 태도, 정책담당자의 안전 관리 및 감독 평가, 안전지침 준수실태 등이다.
