Abstract
이 조사는 미취학자녀를 둔 여성근로자의 일-가정 양립 수준을 살펴보고, 그 수준에 따라 잠재집단을 분류하여 집단별로 사회경제적 특성을 비교분석하고자 시행한 것이다. 조사내용은 직무안정성, 소득적정성, 직무통제, 조직문화 등 일 관련 변인들과 양육통제, 가족의 정서적 및 도구적 지지 등 가정 관련 변인들로 구성되어 있다.
