Abstract
이 조사는 부산여성가족개발원이 경력단절 여성을 위한 직업 개발을 목적으로 선진국형 신규 및 유망 직업들에 대한 전문가 의견을 수렴하고자 시행한 것이다. 평가대상 직업에는 스웨덴, 미국, 일본 등 3개 사례 국가들로부터 수집하여 선정한 100종의 직업들이 포함되었다. 설문지는 개인서비스, 사회서비스, 직업교육, 예술, 의료, 식음료, 영업, 비즈니스, IT 및 환경 분야 등 9개 직종별 직업들의 지역수요, 여성적합성, 일자리 질, 경력단절여성 진입가능성 등을 평가하도록 구성되어 있다.
