Abstract
이 조사는 한국형사정책연구원이 환경범죄에 대한 효율적 규제방안을 마련하려는 목적 하에 환경범죄 발생의 구조적 맥락과 피해양상 및 양형실태를 파악하고자 환경 법률 위반사건의 수사 및 재판 기록을 대상으로 시행한 것이다. 조사내용에는 위반 및 피해 내용에 관한 사항, 수사계기에 관한 사항, 검찰의 사건처리에 관한 사항, 법원의 판결에 관한 사항, 피의자 및 피고인에 관한 사항 등이 포함되어 있다.
