Abstract
이 조사는 범죄 및 형사정책의 사회적 비용과 편익 추정을 위한 법경제학 연구의 일환으로 성범죄 예방정책의 사회적 편익효과를 분석하고자 한국형사정책연구원과 한국행정연구원이 공동으로 시행한 것이다. 설문지는 청소년 성범죄자 신상공개제도와 전자발찌제도를 포함한 성범죄 예방정책의 경제적 가치와 범죄억제 효과를 측정할 수 있도록 설계되어 있다.
