Abstract
이 조사는 한국형사정책연구원이 연쇄성폭력범죄자 프로파일링을 목적으로 범행 및 범죄자 특성에 관한 자료를 수집하고자 시행한 것이다. 조사는 성범죄자들과 이들의 수사재판기록을 대상으로 동시에 실시되었다. 이 자료는 연쇄성폭력범죄자의 범행 특성을 파악하기 위한 수사재판 기록자료로서 사건내용, 범행방법, 범행 후 가해자의 행동과 피해자의 반응, 가해자 가구특성 등에 관한 사항들을 포함하고 있다.

2. 아동 및 미성년 대상 범죄자를 제외한 112명 중 면접조사 대상인 51명의 수사 및 재판 기록을 열람
3. 사건 피해자 254명을 사례로 하여 피해자별로 기록을 조사
