Abstract
이 자료는 주민등록말소자를 위한 법제도적 개선방안 제시를 목적으로 주민등록말소자의 실태를 파악하고자 수집한 인터뷰 자료이다. 인터뷰는 주거취약자, 채무불이행자, 국가기관거주자, 무호적자, 지문날인거부자, 성정체성불명확자 등으로 구분되는 19명의 주민등록말소자들을 대상으로 실시되었다.
인터뷰 내용은 성장과정, 가족관계, 주민등록말소 경위, 주민등록말소로 인한 취업 및 생활 제약, 주민등록 복원의지, 재기 애로사항, 현재 삶의 질(건강, 주거, 식사, 교우관계, 여자관계 및 성적욕구 해결방법 등), 심리상태(세상에 대한 인식, 약물 및 도박 경험여부, 빈곤탈출 가능성에 대한 견해 등), 현재 가장 필요한 도움 등이다.
