Abstract
이 조사는 사회적기업의 기업가정신에 관한 개념 정립 연구를 목적으로 사회적기업 종사자들의 기업가정신에 대한 인식과 일 및 조직에 대한 태도를 살펴보고자 시행한 것이다. 설문지는 혁신성, 진취성, 위험감수성, 공익성 등 기업가정신의 다차원적 특성과 조직신뢰, 조직공정성, 조직문화, 조직몰입, 직무만족, 직무스트레스 등 사회적기업의 조직 및 직무 특성에 관한 문항들로 구성되어 있다.
