Abstract
이 조사는 경기도가족여성연구원이 현행 가정보육 프로그램의 실효성을 제고하고 표준화된 프로그램 운영모델을 개발하려는 목적 하에 가정보육교사들을 대상으로 프로그램 운영현황과 개선사항을 파악하고자 시행한 것이다. 조사는 경기도 내 11개 보육정보센터의 협력 하에 각 센터에 등록된 263명의 가정보육교사들을 대상으로 실시되었다. 주요 조사내용은 보육시간, 영아연령별 보육활동, 놀이활동 준비방법, 가정보육 애로사항, 장단기 운영계획 필요성, 보수교육에 필요한 교육프로그램 등이다.
