Abstract
이 조사는 장애인 직업재활시설 운영에 관한 종합적인 실태자료를 수집하고자 전국에 설치, 운영되고 있는 직업재활시설을 대상으로 시행한 전수조사이다. 조사대상 직업재활시설에는 보호작업장 374개소와 근로작업장 44개소가 포함된다. 주요 조사내용은 거버넌스와 예산지원, 재정운영, 직종별 인력구성, 장애인근로자 고용현황, 직업재활프로그램 운영, 장애인근로자 근무환경, 제품 생산과 판매 현황, 행정기록과 회계자료의 관리, 유관기관 및 지역사회와의 연계, 지원정책 개선방안 등이다.
