Abstract
이 조사는 한국장애인개발원이 장애인 주거지원 방안 수립을 위한 연구의 일환으로 서울과 경기도를 포함하는 수도권 지역 장애인의 주거실태 자료를 수집하고자 시행한 것이다. 주요 조사내용은 일상생활수행능력, 주관적 건강상태, 피부양 여부와 주 부양자, 외출빈도와 주 교통수단, 가구 소득과 지출 및 저축, 취업여부와 직종 및 고용형태, 주택유형, 주택점유형태, 주택규모, 주택편리성, 주택보수 의사, 주택구입 시 고려사항, 주택구입비 마련방법, 주택 불만사항, 주택만족도, 주거환경만족도, 희망 주거유형과 주거환경 및 주거지원사항 등이다. 이 외에 가구일반과 장애특성에 관한 사항들도 조사되었다.
