Abstract
이 인터뷰 조사는 시설장애인의 탈시설 자립을 위해 운영되고 있는 장애인자립생활센터의 역할을 재정립하고 자립생활센터의 장애인 사례관리 개선방안을 모색하고자 시행한 것이다. 인터뷰는 자립생활프로그램을 이용하는 장애인 20명과 장애인시설의 관리자 13명을 대상으로 개별 내지 집단별로 실시되었다.
인터뷰 내용은 장애인의 경우 자립 동기와 준비, 자립생활프로그램 참여이유와 수혜 및 개선 사항, 동료상담프로그램 수혜사항, 지역시설 이용과 이유 등이, 관리자의 경우 장애인자립과 시설의 역할, 장애인자립생활센터의 역할과 운영, 사례관리의 모범과 문제점 및 해결방안, 지역시설과의 연계 등 이다.
