Abstract
이 조사는 한국장애인개발원이「장애인 자립생활센터 제도화 방안 연구」의 일환으로 전국 자활센터 이용자의 견해를 파악하고자 시행한 것이다. 동 연구에서는 이용자 의견조사와 함께 기관 운영실태 조사와 실무자 의견조사가 동시에 진행되었다. 주요 조사내용은 자활센터 이용 동기와 경로, 서비스 이용실태, 자활센터 이용만족도와 개선사항, 자활센터의 역할과 기능 등이다.
