Abstract
This survey was conducted by the Busan Women and Family Development Institute to evaluate the educational effects of the Women Leader 1040 Program implemented in 2007 as part of its project to develop female talent and to ascertain measures for improvement. The program is a leadership education program conducted with a focus on the empowerment and expansion of social participation by women in the region with a goal of establishing a network of female talent in the Busan area.
The main contents of the survey include the empowering effects of leadership education, effects of leadership education in expanding social participation, and measures for improving leadership education.
