Abstract
이 조사는 한국과 미국 소비자의 기업보상서비스 만족도 결정요인을 비교하고자 시행된 것이다. 한미 소비자 태도의 비교분석를 위해 한국인과 미국인을 대상으로 동시에 조사가 진행되었다. 이 자료는 기업보상서비스 이용경험, 기업보상서비스의 분배적·절차적·상호작용적 공정성 평가, 재구매의사, 소비가치 등의 내용을 포함하고 있다.
