The survey was conducted to elicit improvement initiatives to increase the satisfaction level between internal departments as a part of a plan to restructure public institutions into customer-oriented organizations. All employees of the Korea Industrial Complex Corporation were surveyed. The survey questionnaire was designed to select 5 departments out of the Corporation’s 78 departments excluding the respondent’s own department and to evaluate each department’s speed and accuracy of work processing and smoothness of work cooperation.
