KBS Broadcast Research Institute conducted this survey to assess the usage of Social Networking Services (SNS) such as Twitter and Facebook. The major survey topics included motive, conditions and satisfaction level of using Twitter, motive, conditions and satisfaction level of using Facebook, Twitter and Facebook utility evaluation and frequency of using different types of media.
