Abstract
This survey was commissioned by KBS Broadcast Research Institute to study the attitude of residents on the maintenance and management of their apartment complex and participations in resident councils, for the purpose of producing a broadcast program about disputes over the maintenance and management of apartments. The survey was conducted among KBS Broadcast Research Institute’s online panel. The major survey topics included reasons for being satisfied or dissatisfied with the maintenance and management of apartment, understanding of management billing statement details, transparency of management fees, interest in the selection process of management company, interest in the selection process of resident representative, awareness of resident representative, confidence in the resident representative council, complaints about the resident representative council, and willingness to participate in the resident representative council.
