This survey was conducted to collect research data to investigate how the emotional attitudes of employees of the travel related industry, who are expected to have control over their emotions, affect customer behavior. The survey was conducted among customers of travel agencies. The survey questionnaire consisted of questions about the genuineness of travel agency employees’ feelings, evaluation of employee service, emotional state of customers, customer satisfaction, and dangers of travel.
