Abstract

"Survey on the Results and Improvement Measures for the Didimdol Donation Program of the City of Seoul" was conducted to analyze the results of the Seoul Didimdol Donation program which is being operated as a joint project between the city of Seoul and the Seoul Welfare Foundation. The Seoul Welfare Foundation initiated the program to improve the welfare of the local community utilizing private support. The survey was conducted targeting the program’s beneficiaries, program managers at donor businesses and private welfare organizations, and government employees at local government districts in Seoul.
This data was collected from the Didimdol program’s beneficiaries and include information on frequency and opportunity of using the Didimdol service, desired new service, expected frequency of use, evaluation of service management, satisfaction level and inconveniences in using service, group participation, interpersonal relationship, societal support, interpersonal and organizational reliability, willingness to volunteer and donate, life satisfaction, and improvements in the level of satisfaction with welfare in the local community.
