Abstract
This survey was conducted to collect data necessary for verifying and analyzing the validity and reliability of the evaluation scale for the purpose of developing a comprehensive assessment tool for middle school afterschool programs. The survey was conducted utilizing an evaluation scale developed through a preliminary screening process.
The data was collected from teachers of middle schools nationwide and the questionnaire is composed of around 50 questions including the goal and level of program, operation method of program, teaching materials and educational facility, teaching method, effect of implementing program, and level of satisfaction with program, etc.
